Meet the Trainer
Hi! I’m Tania Koven aka Desert Dog Mom. I run my board & train program out of my house, alongside of my own 4-legged crew. One unique characteristic of my program versus others is that I only take on 1 or 2 dogs at a time for training. By doing this I have a higher chance of achieving success with your dog. They will get all of my attention and energy.
I started training dogs because, much like you, I was feeling frustrated and overpowered by my dog. Big Daddy was growing and getting stronger, and let’s face it, I wasn’t. I needed to educate myself in order to gain control without diminishing his spirit. And that’s exactly what I did. I found trainers that knew what I didn’t know and went and learned from the best. Through that process I felt a passion and love grow inside me that I had never experienced in my life.

Three-Week Board and Train
This package costs $2500. Every dog I train goes home with a “wag bag.” Inside is every item I used during training, including all the tools and other goodies, which is about a $250 value. Over the next three weeks, I will teach your dog the following:
